New York is the home of L’Elegance Studio and the foundation of our in-person education. The majority of our classes are held in New York, where sophistication, cultural awareness, and professional excellence naturally align with our philosophy.

At the same time, we have always believed that true leadership begins with listening. In 2024, we stepped beyond our home city and introduced our signature four-hour “Glow Up” intensives in:

In 2025, we elevated the experience. What began as a four-hour intensive evolved into immersive three-day masterclasses across the United States:

These expanded masterclasses were devoted to what Olga teaches as the First Lady Archetype—a woman defined by composure, discernment, social intelligence, and quiet authority.

For three intentional days, participants immersed themselves in posture mastery, elevated communication, modern etiquette, and embodied confidence. The experience moved beyond inspiration into structured transformation.

Through this expansion, L’Elegance strengthened not only its national presence, but its understanding of the women it serves—deepening its commitment to refinement without compromising individuality.

THE ELEGANCE REFINEMENT MENTORSHIP

In September 2025, L’Elegance introduced its most comprehensive initiative to date: The Elegance Refinement Mentorship — a two-month live transformational experience designed to help women rebuild confidence, elevate personal standards, and embody the identity of a modern elegant woman with clarity and conviction.

Created as a structured journey rather than a standalone course, the mentorship was designed to guide women through disciplined refinement, inner recalibration, and visible transformation.

Further expansions and advanced programs are currently in development, continuing L’Elegance’s commitment to structured, measurable transformation for the modern woman.
