Class Overview
Heels 1.0 is more than a lesson - it’s a turning point in how you see yourself and how you move through the world. While you will learn the technical skills to walk in heels with elegance and ease, you’ll also experience a deeper awakening of posture, presence, and inner confidence.
You will stand taller, not only physically but emotionally and energetically. This is where movement becomes meaning - where elegance shifts from something you “do” to something you embody.
Stage 1 - Preparation
We will practice custom feet exercises to build ankle strength, prevent injuries, and reduce pain while wearing heels - so you feel light and comfortable in any heel height.
